Aditi Risbud

Aditi Risbud, Ph.D., is the Director of IT Strategic Communications at Stanford University, where they develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans. With over 15 years of experience in science communications, Aditi's background in engineering equips them to effectively convey the positive impact of technology to diverse audiences. Previously, Aditi held roles at organizations such as the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and the University of California, Davis, where they directed communications and marketing efforts in engineering and science. Aditi also contributed to the Materials Research Society as Chair of the Public Outreach Committee and taught technical communications at the University of Utah. They earned a Ph.D. in Materials from UC Santa Barbara.
