Lorena Rodriguez

Lorena Rodriguez, M.Ed., serves as the Graduate Student Services Manager at Stanford University since April 2021, overseeing a caseload of over 160 PhD and 30 co-terminal MS candidates while organizing 360 admissions interviews annually. Prior to this role, Lorena held various positions at The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2021, including Associate Academic Advisor and Assistant Academic Advisor, providing guidance to approximately 350 students and co-coordinating programs such as Women in Natural Sciences. Additionally, experience includes managing scheduling logistics for 30,000 events and facilitating new student orientations for 9,000 participants. Lorena holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Health, and Society from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by study at the University of Cape Town.
