Mike Strong is a Co-Founder and Learning Designer at Blue Dot Education since October 2018 and has been a Teacher/Designer and Teacher at High Tech High since October 2004, focusing on integrating diverse content areas through innovative project design. Strong also collaborates with Stanford University as a Designer/Coach for initiatives such as School Retool and Futures @ SXSWedu, contributing to various K12 Lab projects. From July 2021 to October 2023, Strong served as the Director of Professional Learning & Curriculum at Escondido Union High School District and has held design and coaching roles at the Construct Foundation and The Colorado Education Initiative. Strong holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University, a Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership from High Tech High Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Point Loma Nazarene University.
