Nancy Lorimer

Nancy Lorimer is the Associate Director of Metadata Services at Stanford University, where they specialize in music cataloging, rare music cataloging, and various metadata standards. They previously served as a Music Cataloger and Acquisitions Librarian at Stanford University from 1996 to 2000 and held the position of Rare Books Assistant at Library and Archives Canada in 1995. Nancy earned a Master of Library and Information Science from The University of Western Ontario and holds a PhD (ABD) in Musicology from the University of Chicago, along with additional degrees in music history and musicology from The University of Western Ontario and The University of Edinburgh.
