Ryan Kong is currently a Graduate Student Researcher in the Sattely Research Group at Stanford University since March 2023. Previously, Ryan Kong served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Pfleger Research Group and the Stahl Research Group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where work included experiments on enzyme specificity, electrochemical studies, and catalysis reactions, as well as training in lab safety. Additionally, Ryan Kong gained industry experience as an R&D Engineer Intern at PepsiCo, focusing on performance analysis for manufacturing, and as a Process Engineer Co-op at Verso Corporation, addressing quality control and process optimization. Ryan Kong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Certification in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Stanford University.
