Ryan Neapole

Ryan Neapole is currently serving as the Men's Water Polo Assistant Coach at Stanford University since January 2024. Previously, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Business Analytics Intern at OPTIVATIONS in June 2022, where responsibilities included standardizing company services and creating performance scorecards. From July 2020 to January 2022, Ryan was an Assistant Coach for the Harvard-Westlake Boys Water Polo Program, focusing on practice plans and athlete feedback. As a Summer Research Intern at High Meadows Environmental Institute in 2021, Ryan developed molecular dynamics simulations for environmental contaminants. Additionally, in 2021, Ryan served as Campus Director for Home From College, overseeing growth strategies and communication initiatives. Earlier coaching experience includes a role with the Los Angeles Premier Water Polo Club in 2019. Ryan is a graduate of Princeton University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Civil and Environmental Engineering.
