Tracy Jackson

Adjunct Research Faculty

Tracy Jackson is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at OPOS since April 2021 and as a Physician and Consultant at Bright Heart Health, where contributions include developing group sessions for patients with chronic pain and opioid use disorder. As the Founder and CEO of Relief Retreats, LLC, Tracy developed a scientifically validated six-month integrative wellness program aimed at managing chronic pain with reduced reliance on opioids. Additionally, Tracy holds faculty positions at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Stanford University, focusing on health and wellness coaching and research on spinal fluid leaks, respectively. Previously, extensive roles at Vanderbilt included Associate Professor in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and Director of various fellowship programs. Tracy's educational background includes an MD with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and post-doctoral research at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, with further qualifications in medical acupuncture and yoga.
