Vicky Tran

Vicky Tran is a seasoned HR Operations and Systems Leader with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services HR Operations at Stanford University, Vicky leads initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity while fostering an inclusive work environment. Previously, Vicky held various roles at Stanford University, including Senior HR Business Analyst Lead and HR Coordinator, where they successfully managed complex projects and improved user experiences with HR systems. Vicky earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from California State University-Hayward and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.
