Paul Neave has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Paul started their career in 1999 at GenMech Aerospace, where they worked as a Manufacturing Manager and later became the Business Unit Leader. During their tenure, they implemented Lean practices, conducted training, and achieved significant improvements in throughput and margins.

Paul then joined Triumph Group and held various roles, including Product Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Director of Operations. Paul was responsible for strategic planning, program management, quality control, and driving operational improvements. Paul successfully implemented ERP systems, re-implemented production scheduling functions, and achieved positive outcomes in delivery performance and equipment utilization.

After Triumph Group, Paul worked as the General Manager at Alken Industries Inc. Paul focused on business development, streamlined the manufacturing process, and managed the installation of new equipment, resulting in increased gross margins and improved efficiency.

Paul then worked as the Director of Plant Management at CIRCOR Energy, where they directed operations, quality, facilities, and EHS teams. Paul emphasized safety and drove productivity through adherence to SIOP processes, resulting in high employee productivity and safety records.

Before their current role, Paul worked as a Senior Program Manager at CPI Aerostructures, where they managed programs, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured timely delivery of projects.

Currently, Paul is the Director of Operations at Stanfordville Machine & Manufacturing Company, overseeing its overall operations.

Paul Neave studied Business, Management, and Economics at SUNY Empire State College starting in 2008. Prior to that, they pursued Electronics Engineering Technology at Harper College. In addition to their educational background, they obtained various certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) in 2020 and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) in 2021 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Paul also holds certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Kaizen Rapid Leader, and Lean Accelerated Improvement Trainer/Leader.
