Caroline Mcginnity

Caroline is Head of Human Resources at Stanhope Capital. She joined the Group in 2018 and has over 10 years’ generalist HR experience within financial services.

Caroline provides advice and counsel to the Executive Committee to define the people strategy and HR frameworks and runs the day-to-day HR operational needs of the business.

Most recently, she worked at J.P. Morgan as a HR Business Partner for the investment bank and before that, managed talent and development programmes at Barclays.

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
