Elizabeth Talbott (Lise)

Elizabeth "Lise" Talbott, MBA, currently serves as the Administrative Operations Manager at Stanislaus County Health Services Agency, where responsibilities include overseeing the COVID Department Operations Center and managing vaccination, testing, and community outreach initiatives. Additionally, Talbott has been a City Council Member for the City of Waterford since December 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Clinical Education and Outreach at Golden Valley Health Centers, where supervision extended over a large team including Nursing Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers. Talbott also held various management positions at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and Delta Health Care, focusing on health education and program coordination. Talbott received an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
