Alvin Lal

Alvin Lal has a background in Biology with a specific focus on Microbiology. With extensive experience in hazardous waste and materials management, Alvin has held positions of increasing responsibility at various organizations. Currently serving as the Hazardous Materials Manager IV at Stanislaus County Environmental Resources Department, Alvin's expertise includes CalARP, generator compliance, emergency response, and employee training and evaluation. Prior to this role, Alvin worked as a Senior Hazmat Specialist within the same county. Additionally, Alvin worked as a Senior Microbiologist at Silliker of Northern California. With a strong educational foundation from California State University, Stanislaus, Alvin is well-equipped to handle the complexities of hazardous materials management.
