Kelly Tillery

Kelly Tillery is currently a Senior Collector in the Revenue Recovery Division at Stanislaus County Treasurer Tax Collector Department. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Performant Corp for over two decades, where Kelly held various roles including Recovery Operations Division Manager and Team Manager. Kelly also has experience in audit supervision, collections management, customer care, and order picking. Kelly is skilled in managing debt recovery contracts, assisting borrowers with payment plans, and supervising staff in various capacities.
