Karthik Sivakumar has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Karthik is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Stanley 1913, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Babylist from July 2021 to October 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Karthik served as the Vice President of Operations and Product Management at Pro.com, where they were responsible for the execution and improvement of customer experience in both the General Contractor and Platform Development businesses.

Karthik also has a significant tenure at Amazon, where they held various leadership positions. From 2015 to 2016, they were the General Manager of the Government Vertical for Amazon Business, responsible for the go-to-market strategy for government customers. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Global Leader for WW Fulfillment By Amazon Programs, leading initiatives to establish standard processes. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, they were the Country Leader for Seller Support in India.

Karthik's career at Amazon began in 2007, where they initially worked as an Operations Manager and later as a Senior Manager, focusing on inbound and outbound operations, people development, and process improvement.

Prior to their time at Amazon, Karthik worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Senior Product Manager from 1997 to 2005.

Karthik Sivakumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
