Kiernan McKay

Kiernan McKay is an experienced professional in design and leadership, currently serving as the CMF Design Manager for Stanley 1913 since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kiernan was a Color Designer 2 at Merrell from January 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included creating seasonal color palettes and establishing Merrell Maker's Day to enhance innovation through collaboration. Additional experience includes roles as Color Designer 1 and Owner of Mckay Mowing, where business growth was achieved from 7 to over 50 customers. Internships at Steelcase, Saucony, and DISHER provided valuable experience in industrial design, footwear design, and collaboration across engineering teams. Kiernan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Product Design from Kendall College of Art and Design.
