Rangan Majumdar

Rangan Majumdar started their work experience in 2007 at Siemens as a Principal Engineer in Gas Turbine Field Operations. Rangan led teams in responding to power plant outages and collaborated with manufacturing and supply chain teams. In 2016, they became the Team Lead for Quality and Product Integrity in the Fossil Fuel Power Generation Business, where they implemented Quality Management Systems. In 2019, they joined Ingersoll Rand as the Global Quality Leader, overseeing manufacturing facilities, new product development, and training for end-users and distributors. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Quality and Compliance at Stanley 1913.

Rangan Majumdar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Rangan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University. Additionally, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
