Christopher Atwater

Christopher Atwater is an experienced transportation engineer and project manager currently employed at Stanley Consultants since February 2022. With a background that includes significant roles such as Transportation Engineer at Stolfus & Associates, Inc. from December 2013 to February 2022, and Engineering Associate III at the Kansas Department of Transportation from June 2007 to December 2013, Christopher has developed expertise in designing and managing state highway projects, including reconstruction, pavement rehabilitation, bridge replacement, and culvert projects. Education was completed at Marquette University, where a degree in Civil Engineering was earned.
