Dale Sweere

Dale Sweere joined Stanley Consultants in 2007 as a Vice President and the Director of Human Resources. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the company. Additionally, Sweere serves as a member of the SC Companies, Inc., Stanley Consultants, Inc., and Stanley Consultants Charitable Foundation boards, as well as serving as a trustee on the retirement plan and Stanley member stock bonus plan committees. Prior to joining Stanley, he served in various human resource capacities with several manufacturing and consumer goods companies, including HON Company and Newell/Rubbermaid.
