Mirela Kapo

Mirela Kapo, PE, is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at Stanley Consultants since July 2019, with previous roles as a consultant and Electrical Engineer in Training (EIT II). Prior to this, Mirela served as Operations Manager at Bolt Transportation, LLC, from October 2014 to July 2019, focusing on safety, service, cost, and professionalism. Mirela has also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Iowa, conducting signal processing research on NASA SWIA data associated with the MAVEN mission. Early career experiences include roles as a REALTOR at Skogman Realty and a Shipping Clerk/Production Worker at CIVCO Medical Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Iowa, an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Kirkwood Community College, and various certifications and formal education in English language and engineering in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
