Alex Capps

Alex Capps is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and development, currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisition at Stanley Martin Homes since November 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Land Acquisition Manager at Mattamy Homes from February 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing land, conducting analysis, and managing negotiations and entitlements. Previously, Alex held the position of Development Manager at Fuller Land & Development from October 2014 to January 2018, overseeing daily activities for development projects and securing necessary permits. Alex holds a degree in Biological Engineering and Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 2005 and 2013.
