Birnbaum

Lewis Birnbaum is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Stanley Martin Homes since September 2017, Birnbaum has held various leadership positions including Regional President and Division President. Prior experience includes serving as Division President of the Mid-Atlantic Division at PulteGroup from July 2009 to December 2015, and Corporate Vice President of Operations at Centex from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive operational overhaul. Additionally, Birnbaum held multiple roles at Centex Homes from 1997 to 2006, including Division President, Division Manager, and Vice President of Land Development. Birnbaum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Operations Management from the University of Florida, completed in 1996, and graduated from Hollywood Hills High School in 1991.
