Carla Pezzullo

Carla Pezzullo is a seasoned executive in the home building industry with extensive experience in operational management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Stanley Martin Homes since January 2018, Carla has held multiple senior roles including Executive Vice President and Regional President for Virginia. Prior to this role, Carla spent over two decades at NVR Inc., where responsibilities included Division Manager/Vice President and General Manager/Vice President, overseeing significant operations in various Virginia counties and cities. Carla has a proven record of enhancing sales and operational efficiencies across multiple divisions, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Economics from Davidson College.
