Jeremy Swink

Jeremy Swink is a seasoned professional in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as Division President at Stanley Martin Homes since May 2010. In this role, Jeremy executes corporate land strategies for three expansion divisions—Raleigh, Richmond, and Charlottesville—while managing acquisition, engineering, and development teams across approximately 50 projects. Previously, Jeremy held the positions of Vice President of Land and Estimating and Feasibility Manager at Stanley Martin Homes and worked as Project Engineer at American Infrastructure. Jeremy's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Construction Management Certificate from Drexel University.
