Joshua Balamuta

Joshua Balamuta currently serves as Division President at Stanley Martin Homes since August 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at NVR, Inc. for a decade, holding various titles including Sales Manager, Regional Production Manager, Regional Cost Manager, and Division Cost Manager, focusing on cost analysis and profit control. Earlier experience includes positions at JWF Industries as Audit Supervisor and Senior Internal Auditor, as well as Accountant, and serving as Staff Auditor at Reznick Group, where work involved audits for large private entities in residential real estate and related sectors.
