Joshua T. Hutzler has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Joshua T. currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Manufacturing at Stanley Martin Homes since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Operations at Stanley Martin Homes from December 2018 to December 2021.

Between 2015 and 2018, Hutzler worked at Stanley Martin Homes in various roles, including Regional Vice President Purchasing - Metro DC and VP of Production and Construction.
