Lauren McCarthy

Lauren McCarthy currently serves as Division President at Stanley Martin Homes, a role assumed in February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing and strategizing sales and marketing operations to meet ambitious sales plans and enhance profitability. Prior to this, Lauren held various leadership positions at NVR, Inc. from 2004 to 2016, including Vice President & General Manager of Sales & Marketing, where oversight of national sales initiatives for 51 divisions across 15 states was achieved. Lauren's career began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in food and beverage management and transitioned to the homebuilding sector with positions at Ryan Homes, culminating in significant sales achievements and market strategy development. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Virginia Tech.
