Michael Cancilla

Michael Cancilla is an accomplished executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at Stanley Martin Homes since February 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Division President at Essex Homes, Inc. from July 2014 to February 2020, where Michael also served as General Manager. Michael's career began at NVR, Inc., where Michael worked from June 1999 to July 2014 as Production Manager. Michael holds an MBA in Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business (2008-2010) and a BS in Marketing from Miami University (1995-1999).
