Randy Kotler

Randy Kotler has had an extensive career in finance and real estate. Randy started their career at BDO Seidman, LLP as a Manager from 1988 to 1996. Randy then joined Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager from 1996 to 2002. Following that, Randy worked at TOUSA as SVP-Finance, Interim CFO, and Chief Accounting Officer from 2002 to 2007. Randy then joined Avatar Holdings as Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2010. After that, Randy served as EVP-Chief Financial Officer at American Land Lease from 2011 to 2014, during which they also became a Managing Director at Green Courte Partners, LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Stanley Martin Homes, starting in 2014.

Randy Kotler attended Florida State University - College of Business from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
