Rich Browning

Rich Browning is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various development and land management companies. Currently serving as Division President at Stanley Martin Homes since December 2021, Rich previously held the position of President at Anchor Homes / Anchor Development from January 2015 to December 2021. Prior experience includes Vice President at Avalon Park Group Management from September 2010 to February 2015, Manager of Capital Markets at NAI Realvest from January 2007 to May 2008, and Commercial Real Estate Lender at Branch Banking and Trust from June 2005 to January 2007. Rich holds an MBA in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business (2008-2010) and a BS in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2001-2005).
