Rick Harcrow

Rick Harcrow serves as the Division President at Stanley Martin Homes since January 2024. Previously, Rick held the position of Vice President of Asset Management for Florida at Walton Global Holdings, LLC from December 2021 to January 2024. From January 2015 to January 2021, Rick was the Regional President at GreenPointe Communities, following a tenure as Sr. Vice President and Southeast Division Manager at Newland Real Estate Group from October 2006 to January 2015. Earlier roles include Vice President at GL Homes of Florida from 2003 to 2006, Director of Planning at Tew & Associates from 2002 to 2003, and Director of Planning at DLA Piper (Rudnick & Wolfe) from 1996 to 2001. Rick holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University.
