Tyrone Clifton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, military outreach, and leadership. As the College & Military Outreach Manager at Stanley Martin Homes since September 2021, Tyrone has focused on building talent pipelines for veterans and college students. Tyrone's prior roles include Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Recruiter at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, as well as adjunct professorships at George Mason University. With significant experience in the US Army, where Tyrone served as a Colonel and held various leadership positions, this military background complements a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, multiple Master's degrees in Military Strategic Studies and Leadership & Business Ethics, and a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University.
