Abdoulahi Deme has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Abdoulahi started their career as a Production Line Industrialization employee at PSA Peugeot Citroën in 2004. Abdoulahi then worked as a Production Planner and Project Manager Assistant for Supply Chain at Mapa Spontex Inc in 2005.

From 2007 to 2012, Abdoulahi worked at Technicolor as a Product Quality Assurance Engineer (PQA), where they handled the quality aspects of industrial products developed in France and manufactured in Asia. Abdoulahi was responsible for coordinating quality within development projects and specifically focused on Connected Devices, including IP phones.

In 2012, Abdoulahi joined Thales Optronique as a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), where they managed quality assurance activities.

From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Quality Director at Accedia Capital, overseeing quality activities for the group's small and medium enterprises involved in designing, manufacturing, and retailing security electronic products. Abdoulahi was also involved in defining and implementing new processes for the group's operations, logistics, and quality.

Currently, Abdoulahi is working at Stanley Robotics as the Head of P.M.O. (Projects - Maintenance - Operations) since February 2022. Additionally, they hold the role of Quality Manager at Stanley Robotics since June 2018.

Abdoulahi Deme has pursued higher education in the field of technology and innovation. Abdoulahi completed a Master's degree from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC).
