Brett Mulligan

Brett Mulligan, CSP, currently serves as Regional EHS Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since February 2024, overseeing compliance for 15 US-based printing facilities. Previously, Brett held the position of Manager, Global Safety, Health & Environmental Affairs at Energizer Holdings and worked as a Safety Engineer at Charter Steel. With experience as a Safety Compliance Project Engineer at Moog Inc. and Regional Environmental Health & Safety Manager at Cenveo, Brett's career in EHS began as an intern at both Cenveo and PRO-TEC Coating Company, where responsibilities included project assistance and regulatory compliance. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Management from The University of Findlay.
