Courtney Binek

Courtney Binek serves as the Director of the GSM Center of Excellence at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, as ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT LEAD at Pratt & Whitney from February 2018 to August 2023, Courtney partnered with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals, contributed to portfolio planning, and focused on enhancing customer experience through a new commercial customer portal. In earlier roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Associate Director and Senior Manager of Data & Analytics, Courtney led large Agile teams, implemented software solutions, and drove significant cost reductions. Earlier professional experience includes management positions at Insurity and Baron Services, where Courtney led teams in software engineering and product development. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Norwich University and is pursuing an MBA at LSU Shreveport, expected to graduate in May 2024.
