Eileen Sawyer

Eileen Sawyer is a highly experienced compensation professional, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Compensation at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since September 2017. In this role, Eileen partners with the global HR community to enhance HR service delivery and develop comprehensive global compensation programs. Previous consulting roles include extensive work with CRN International, Rasky Partners, MassMutual Financial Group, and First Niagara Bank, where Eileen focused on executive and broad-based compensation strategies and program implementations. Eileen's experience also includes leadership positions at The Hartford Financial Services Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing executive compensation programs and human resources strategies. Eileen holds a BA from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
