Madhura Phadke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and automation solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Madhura has demonstrated expertise in creating prioritized product roadmaps and transforming complex data into strategic insights. Previously, as Global Delivery Lead for Intelligent Automation, Madhura implemented automation solutions that significantly improved operational efficiency and customer experience. Prior experience at Accenture includes roles as a Senior Leader overseeing agile transitions for Robotics process automation, a Senior Project Manager managing large infrastructure projects, and a Delivery Manager for a major insurance provider in the UK. Madhura began the career as a Senior Software Engineer at Infosys after earning an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
