Nadia Droumbanis

Nadia Droumbanis currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nadia was Counsel at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz from June 2021 to January 2022. Nadia's previous experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Technology at Brooks Brothers from October 2007 to November 2020, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements and managing intellectual property matters. Nadia began the legal career as a Trademark Examiner at the USPTO and later worked as a Trademark Associate at Ladas & Parry LLP. Academically, Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from William & Mary and a Doctor of Law from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
