Rachel Bolton

Rachel Bolton serves as the Director of Enterprise Leadership Development at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibility includes leading the design and execution of enterprise-wide leadership development strategies. Rachel also holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at Corporate Learning Network, contributing to high-level discussions shaping the direction of events and research. Previously, Rachel was the Head of Leadership Development Programs at Wesco, focusing on talent planning and crafting leadership development roadmaps. In earlier roles, Rachel was a Master Trainer at The Home Depot, where initiatives reached over 1,400 employees, and a Marketing Account Executive at Predictive Service, specializing in customer onboarding and training. Rachel holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
