Taylor Young

Taylor Young serves as the CFO - Global Brand & Product - Tools & Outdoor at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since September 2019, previously holding roles as VP of Finance for both Corporate and Global IT. Prior experience includes serving as CFO for Aviation Digital at GE Aviation, where responsibilities encompassed team development, capital allocation, financial reporting, and M&A strategy. In addition, Taylor held the title of Executive Audit Manager overseeing financial assurance audits and profitability improvement projects at GE. Earlier career stages at GE included Senior Audit Manager and Audit Manager positions, contributing to international financial audits and controllership projects. Taylor began the professional journey as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual and gained experience in various roles at Doc's Trattoria and Pizzeria. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
