Varun Karunananth has extensive experience in digital marketing and project management, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Performance & Content Marketing for East Asia & India at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since July 2017. This role involves leading a project to digitalize service models through the implementation of a Service CRM across over 160 service centers in India. Prior to this, Varun worked as a Project Coordinator at ITL WORLD™, managing ground operations for MICE events and organizing large-scale events. Varun began their career as a Marketing Intern at Firestone Industrial Products. Educationally, Varun holds a Master of Global Business with a focus on Marketing from S P Jain School of Global Management, and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Toronto in Communication Strategies for a Virtual Age. Additional qualifications include specializations in Integrated Marketing Communication and Content Marketing from IE Business School and the University of California, Davis, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science.
