Tanya van Eeden

Tanya Van Eeden is currently the Head of IT DevOps at STANLIB, where Tanya oversees people, work, budget, reporting, and release management in an Agile environment. Prior to this role, Tanya worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Discovery Invest, where Tanya led the BA team and was responsible for business and system analysis on all Stanlib applications including Compass. Before that, Tanya held various positions at Liberty, focusing on requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, testing, SQL queries, and implementation and support. Tanya also has previous experience at ABSA Credit Card Division in administrative roles. Tanya is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Business and system analysis at the University of Cape Town.
