Dr. Olena Jacobs is an experienced Medical Science Lecturer at Stanmore College since August 2012, and has served as a lecturer and scientific researcher at Health Nutrition and Research UK Ltd since May 2010. Previously, Dr. Jacobs held a similar role at The Odessa National Academy of Food Technology from September 2006 to May 2010. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nutrition from the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, a Master of Science in Nutrition, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the same institution. Dr. Jacobs also holds a PGCE at Level 7 from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, obtained between 2011 and 2012.

Based in Stanmore, Greater London, the College offers education to both young and adult learners mainly from Brent, Harrow, Hertfordshire and London. It provides a range of vocational provision with study programmes to suit all sectors. The College has grown within the sector by developing its higher education provision. Bespoke training is available to businesses (delivered in house or at business premises) and the College is also involved with apprenticeships.
