Reginald Sykes is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the food service industry. Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria since May 2024, Reginald also holds the position of Food Safety Manager at Sykes Family LLC since January 2018, providing food safety consultations. Previous roles include General Manager at Stan's Donuts & Coffee from October 2020 to May 2024, Concept Manager at Areas from October 2019 to August 2020, and Supervisor at Sodexo, focusing on United Airlines Clubs from June 2018 to October 2019. Additional experience includes managing partnerships at KBP Foods and serving in various capacities at Sonic Drive-In and Old Country Buffet, where Reginald developed a comprehensive skill set in restaurant operations and management.

Stan’s Donuts & Coffee serves up freshly made donuts of extraordinary flavors and textures and an excellent cup of joe. Master baker Rich Labriola of Labriola Baking Company opened the first Stan’s Donuts & Coffee in Chicago in 2014, the result of a friendship and partnership with Stan Berman, founder of the iconic Los Angeles shop that bears his name. Since then, Stan’s has grown to 12 shops in the Chicago area, serving a vast array of award-winning donuts, coffee, dunkable cookies, specialty drinks and whimsical experiences. Stan’s ships nationwide via Goldbelly and doles out sweet rewards to its devoted fans via the Stan’s Loyalty App.
