Becca Hughes

Becca Hughes, AICP, is a Senior Associate and Business Center Practice Leader at Stantec, overseeing Community Development in the US North Central region since May 2022. Previously, Becca served in various roles, including Senior Transportation Planner and Senior City Planner at the City of Minneapolis from December 2003 to June 2022, and held planning positions at the City of Lakewood from November 2000 to December 2003. Becca possesses a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (1994-1998), along with additional education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1998-2000).
