Bill Nunes is the Principal and Business Centre Practice Leader for Building Specialty Services Canada East at Stantec, a position held since 2025. Previously, Bill served as Department Manager and Team Lead for Concrete Restoration at Morrison Hershfield from 2019 to 2025. Bill specializes in concrete restoration, having managed, assessed, designed, and overseen numerous parking garage and building restoration projects. Bill has extensive experience in pavement rehabilitation, periodic field review, and contract administration. Additionally, Bill currently serves as the Past Chair of the Building and Concrete Restoration Association of Ontario (B&CRAO), having been a member of its Board of Directors since 2010.
