Helen Cooper

Helen Cooper is a Programme Lead at Stantec, bringing over 11 years of management experience across a diverse range of projects, from smaller R&D initiatives for the Ministry of Defence and Home Office to multi-million-pound nuclear sector ventures. Having started as a Project Manager at Dstl, Helen effectively handled significant R&D projects, and later served as a Sub Project Manager for Sellafield Ltd, delivering a critical project aligned with national waste consolidation strategy. Helen's expertise encompasses all phases of the project lifecycle, utilizing CEMAR for change control and operating under NEC3 contracts to ensure successful project delivery. Prior to Stantec, they held roles at Costain Group PLC, focusing on project management and business development within the civil nuclear sector. Helen earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of Manchester.
