Janine Pesci

Janine Pesci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning & Organizational Development at Stantec since August 2024, Janine previously held the position of Talent Development Director at Okland Construction, where responsibilities included executing a global talent strategy and overseeing the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Gensler, where roles encompassed Global Engagement & OD Officer and Chief People Officer, contributing to organizational transformation and talent development for over 6,000 employees globally. Earlier, as Vice President of Education at the Urban Land Institute, Janine managed a $3 million programming budget and led all educational initiatives for the organization. Janine holds a B.S. in Sociology with a focus on Gerontology from Brigham Young University.
