Jeff Allen PWS

Jeff Allen PWS is a Senior Ecologist and Professional Wetland Scientist at Stantec Environmental Services, where they specialize in wetland delineation, Section 404 permitting, NEPA documentation, and endangered species surveys. They have extensive experience as an ecological consultant for governmental agencies and private companies. Previously, Jeff served as a Senior Ecologist at Hicks & Company Environmental/Archeological Consultants from 1999 to 2012 and worked as a Research Assistant at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department from 1994 to 1999. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Agriculture in Range Science from Texas A&M University.
