Jelena Kostadinovic

Jelena Kostadinovic is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in geophysics and extensive expertise in analyzing complex business processes. Currently employed at Stantec since January 2022, Jelena is responsible for defining and documenting business requirements and leading collaborative sessions with stakeholders. Previously, Jelena held positions at Critical Control Technologies and Baker Hughes, where tasks included eliciting requirements from clients, managing time-sensitive projects in various countries, and optimizing data workflows. With earlier roles at the University of Calgary and CGG focused on geophysical algorithm development and software evaluation, Jelena possesses a robust combination of technical and analytical skills. Jelena holds a B.Sc in geophysics from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
