Kari Shively

Kari Shively is an experienced leader in the water sector, currently serving as the Business Leader for Operations and Director of Business Development and Growth for North America Water at Stantec since January 2017. In this capacity, Kari oversees marketing, business development, and sales for the water business line, while also managing the growth and performance of the Pacific and Mountain West Regions. Previously, Kari held the position of Vice President and Sacramento Sector Lead at Stantec, focusing on client service and business development. Prior to joining Stantec, Kari was a Vice President and Principal Water Resources Engineer at MWH from May 1995 to January 2019, specializing in integrated water supply and flood management. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of the Pacific, earned in 1995.
